Plastic Cup – Heir Ceramics
Heir Ceramics are designed and slip casted by Haley Bernier in Lisbon, Portugal. The studio explores issues of consumption, disposability, and value. The pieces challenge perceptions and expectations of industrially produced objects by preserving imperfections and evidence of previous human interaction. The ceramic works encourage retention and a reflection to their materiality, past life, and process of their creation.
